Church Introduction

"The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and you will receive power. And you will be my witnesses not only in Jerusalem but also in all Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth" (Acts 1:8). The name "End of the earth Mission Church" is derived from this biblical verse. Jesus, God loves everyone in the world and wants the gospel to be preached all over the world, even to the end of the earth. The abbreviation EMC is an acronym for "End of the earth," "Mission," and "Church".

EMC has been focusing on serving and evangelizing the poor and marginalized, including the homeless. Our weekly soup kitchen in Ueno Park, Tokyo, has continued for over 20 years to date, with the support of the people of Yokota Air Base, U.S. Army (Please visit the Tokyo EMC website: https://www.emcworld.jp. Also, please listen to Tokyo EMC's sermons with English subtitles on the website). We provide soup kitchens to the homeless in Osaka, Nagoya, Kobe, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Beppu, too. In Yamaguchi EMC, the mission of children's cafeteria has been given from God, and we conduct a weekly children's cafeteria. We also have a relationship with an orphanage in Yamaguchi prefecture and interacts with the children of the orphanage.

We are an orthodox Protestant Christian church, not a Jehovah's Witness (Monominotow), Mormon, Unification Church, or Christian new religion. If you are new to church, please feel free to come!
